Heidi Grosser is co-owner of Cameo Grooming and Dog Day Care. Along with her boyfriend, she started the business in 2007 after retiring from the Air Force. To be successful, loving animals was not enough. Ms. Grosser learned the skills she needed to take care of her clients' dogs, and along the way, she gained increased confidence in herself.>
