Hope and Faith

Gary Ritch is the owner of Central Variety Bargin Center in downtown Syracuse. He bought an historic building, and restored parts of it. Presently, the city will take control of the block, and his building and store will be sold. Gary also owns two dogs, one named Faith, and one named Hope. He named them in this manner to help guide his life and philosophy.>
