Dallas Simons is street musician in Syracuse, Originally from Rochester, Simons had served time in Attica for series of hustling crimes. Simons learned to play the sax in a music room with the other inmates . He earns a little pocket change for tools and fuel as he says. ( new reeds for the sax and a little food)>
