From Bulgaria to Syracuse Lubomir's love of fencing lives on

Lubomir immigrated to Syracuse nearly 15 years ago. With him he brought his skills as a graduate of the Bulgarian National Sports Academy and his passion for fencing. He's dedicated his adult life to teaching the combat sport, both at Syracuse University and the Syracuse Three Musketeers Fencing Center which he founded 13 years ago. At the center youth from all ages and walks of life gather to learn the spot and gain instruction from Lubomir, who they affectionately call "Lubo.">
