Madeline Grosh - Ball State University

Madeline Grosh is a proud Hoosier studying to receive a BS in Photojournalism at Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana in December of 2019. Having also lived in Vermont and Alaska, travel and discovery are incredibly important to Madeline. She first picked up a camera when she turned away from the medical field just two years ago, and has found herself back in the medical world. For the past few months, Madeline has been following an 8-year-old twin boy with terminal brain cancer consisting of two different gene-altering tumors and neither have ever been documented before. When she isn’t holding a camera, Madeline can be found planning community events, volunteering at an equestrian therapy center or on a run with her St. Bernard, Dillinger. Madeline has also been the assistant photo editor for The Ball State Daily News and is the treasurer for Ball State’s NPPA Chapter. Directly after the Multi-Media Immersion Workshop, Madeline will travel south <38825090_1804431099676310_6884598134698147840_n.jpeg>to Fort Knox to complete a 12-week internship with the Office of Public Affairs.
